Jira integration

We would like to use the Jira integration but could not determine the correct configuration from the documentation:

Neither was the solution clear from here:

It mostly seems straight forward except for the field "JIRA Project Key". Do we have to list all the Jira projects? can this be a regex? can it be multiple? it would be a pain to have to configure the jira project key to that level when the key is present in the commit message.

    The Jira Project Key is a mapping between the repository and the Jira project.
    It's a way that you only alter single project when multiple tickets are present in the commit message.

    E.g If your issues are in format PROJ-123 the Project key is PROJ.

    However, It also takes a wildcard value '*' then it extracts the project key from the pattern automatically.
