Hi,

Can I install RhodeCode CE on Windows?
I cannot find any documentation about it.

Best regards,
Lukasz

    Hi Lukasz,

Starting RhodeCode 4.x, we do not provide Windows Installer. Running RhodeCode on Windows had too many Cygwin-related performance issues.

We realize that some of our clients prefer to use Windows Server, therefore, we recommend using a ready-made virtual machine image (Ubuntu Linux) with the RhodeCode instance. You'll get quite a performance boost too.

You can get the latest VM image for RhodeCode EE here: https://rhodecode.com/u/#download

A ready-made VM image for RhodeCode CE is not available yet. It is something we have on our radar. Should you need help or have any other questions about RhodeCode please don't hesitate to get in touch!

    Thanks,
    Dmitry.
