I upgraded our system from version 4.4.2 to 4.6.0 last Friday. I also installed nginx in front of it if that makes a difference.

This morning, we are seeing a lot of errors as follow:

D:\Kayak\Review\ZP-63\XXX>hg pull http://XXX/
pulling from http://XXX
searching for changes
no changes found
abort: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error

and in the community log, we see:

2017-02-13 10:05:21.567 ERROR [rhodecode.integrations] failure occured when sending event < object at 0x7ff4aad98850> to integration <Integration(u'email', 'global')>

Did something go wrong in the DB update? Would you be able to suggest steps to fix the issue?

Thank you in advance,

    Resolved with a custom patch,

    release 4.6.1 will fix that.
