unable to download RhodecodeVCSServer

This is the error am facing while am downloading it.

Creating new instance: vcsserver-1
Installing RhodeCode VCSServer
Downloading https://dls.rhodecode.com/linux/RhodeCodeVCSServer-4.4.2+x86_64-linux_build20161103_1304.tar.bz2 ...

Failed downloading (https://dls.rhodecode.com/linux/RhodeCodeVCSServer-4.4.2+x86_64-linux_build20161103_1304.tar.bz2) due to "EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:590)"

Network related problem encountered.

    Please try to run rccontrol self-update before. If this doesn't help, please check if there's no proxy in between that breaks our SSL certificate. Other option is try to do offline installation which doesn't need to connect to our servers.

    I tried downloading it offline but am unable to download, I get ERROR :404 Not found
    i will attach the screen-shot.

    Our MANIFEST file changes very often. You need to fetch latest manifest using rccontrol self-update OR simply via curl curl https://dls.rhodecode.com/linux/MANIFEST

    Then those links from that file would work.
